"I ordered a fleece blanket to be drop shipped to my customer on 12/13/07. As of today's date, 1/18/08 the order has not been received by my customer. I checked the order status, it says it is 'processing'. I have written twice via the website Contact Us page, and have still gotten no reply. And I've scoured their website for a phone number, but have not found one. I have left a comment on the companies' blog in an effort to get some info. I suspect that the item is out of stock or being back ordered, but I have no idea for sure since no one from the company has bothered to answer my inquiries. I have a very angry customer. I will wait a few more days to see if there is any response. If there is none forthcoming, I will give my customer a refund and will not attempt to do any more business with this company."
